"Masters of Blending"! In 2000, emboldened by boundless enthusiasm, and a conviction that SW Washington could produce wines of unique characters and with old world wine making sensibilities and tradition, East Fork Cellars planted Dijon Frence clone variatals of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay on their property north of Battle Ground WA. With the identical growing conditions of the Burgundian region of France, and the enhanced terrior created by the great Missoula floods,and volcanic events over the millinium, the soils and additional heat unit days, eclispes even that of the Willamette Valleys wine growing region,as well as the classic French Burgandy climate. These ideal conditions have all worked in concert to make the surrounding hillsides of the East Fork of The Lewis River aka the " Jewel Of Clark County", into a premium wine growing region.
We love educating about wine and food at EFC Winery. We offer a range of tours and visitor programs. At EFC, we feature one of the most unique winery experiences in the industry, with our flagship program
"Blend Your Own Wines" Thats right! Walk in or reserve the media/barrel room for a private event, where you and your friends can spend a fun filled expereince by blending your own EFC unique wines. This interactive program allows hours of fun, and provides you, "the wine blender", with the ability to create your very own EFC Bordeaux Style blend, based on your own personal taste. Then you can order by the bottle, case and even by the glass! For nearly the cost of two glasses of wine, You recieve a set of our very own:
The Winery is open to visitors daily from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m, Tues,Wed, and from 12:00pm to 10:pm Thursday-Sat. Tours are scheduled at various times and advanced reservations for our music events are highly recommended.

Besides world class wines, we set out to create a premier music venue for N. Clark county music lovers. Note the various guitars and hidden gems hanging on the walls
As we all have busy lives, we felt that most of us who have children or busy schedule need to get out and enjoy live music, dancing and all within reasonable hours. Of course as musicians we can stay out until the birds start to sing, but this venue is for those of you who have been there, done that, and need to decompress in a non threatening, pleasant atmosphere where class is not compromised. With the long Portland drive, parking nightmare, and late hours before live music starts, EFC owners felt that this just wasn't something we ourselves would want to deal with after a long commute home. So, we created an acoustically excellent venue with the help of AudioVox, and Skywalker Ranch engineers, both for the media/barrel room for movie night, and live sound reinforcement for the main room complimented by a state of the art PA system. Rumor spreads fast in the musical world, and we have hosted some of the top local and national entertainers, request to host a CD release party or showcase for their talent.. With our musical roots and entertainment business contacts, EFC brings out the best for our local wine and music lovers. Another reason to join the Cellar Rat Club is that they get first pick of concert tickets and seating.
"Les Cellar Rats" are an East Fork Cellars original house band. This group of musicians is comprised of professional touring rockers from the 70's/ 80's genre, whom have shared the stage with such greats as Ted Nugent, Tommy Tutone, Night Ranger, Cheap Trick, REO Speedwagon, Sly & The Family Stone Dave Clark 5, Lou Christie, Greg Kihn Band, just to name a few. The Rats blend classic rock with impressive artistry of their instruments and tight vocal harmonies along with their own unique brand of improv comedy. Les Cellar Rats popularity is quickly becoming a "must see" live music event in SW Washington. Catch them every Friday starting at 7:00PM

refers to a person that does odd jobs and helps out during harvest at a winery. This might include picking grapes, helping during crush, following around the vintner asking questions, learning and helping out with whatever needs to be done, and partaking in the consumption of the wineries fine wines!

•If you are not able to visit us during the commitment month to select your three (3)bottles of wines will be chosen for you by our wine maker and shipped to the address provided; and your credit card will be charged for the wine, taxes and shipping. (We hope all of our local customers will be able to pick up their club purchases. Therfore, we don't require that you give us credit card information if you live in the area. (We trust that you'll save us the cost and effort and yourselves the shipping cost!)
