East Fork Cellars was founded to create wines the people like and want to drink.  Our focus is on creating wine blends of exceptional character whether young or old, our old world techniques bring vibrant flavor to the forefront.  We believe in capturing the flavor from the vine to the wine here at East Fork Cellars.  Sure, sometimes letting a wine age a little is a good idea, but we think wine should be enjoyable while you and the wine are both still young!

The Vineyard
​East Fork Cellars derives its name from the East Fork of the Lewis River. The land that our vineyard is located on drains into this major North Clark County waterway. In 2000, emboldened by boundless enthusiasm, and a conviction that SW Washington could produce wines of unique character, along with old world wine making sensibilities and tradition, East Fork Cellars planted Dijon French clone varietals of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay on their property north of Battle Ground WA.  With the growing conditions similar to that of the Burgundian region of France, the enhanced terrior created by the great Missoula floods, and volcanic events over the millenium, Southwest Washington has the ability to product outstanding fruit from traditional Burgundian grape varieties. 

Winners of the first locally grown Pinot Noir in SW Washington that won medals in the largest and longest running wine competition in the the NW, (Tri Cities Wine Competition & San Francisco's "Pinot Shootout",) EFC is proudly becoming a Blend Mastering winery with an ever expanding portfolio of big bold reds. EFC also offers a handful of other whites: Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, & Viognier round out the lighter selection.

While our vineyard and winery is located in North Clark County and not open to the public, we have a wonderful tasting room located in the heart of downtown Vancouver on the southwest corner of Esther Short Park. It's located in the historic Slocum House, originally built in 1877! We're located close the the Hilton-Vancouver, City Hall, and the weekend Farmers Market.
