From our award winning estate grown Pinot Noir to our Cab Franc we believe in creating big, bold, full bodied, red wines. We focus on the old world wine traditions and techniques which bring out and enhance the flavor of a wine.
With boundless enthusiasm and conviction that SW Washington could produce wines of unique characters, East Fork Cellars planted Dijon French clone varietals of Pinot Gris and Chardonnay on the property in 2000. Today we are able to enjoy what has come from that work with a handful of white wines as well as trying our hand at a Sparkling White.
East Fork Cellars was founded to create wines the people like and want to drink. Our focus is on creating blends of exceptional character whether young or old. Sure, sometimes letting a wine age a little is a good idea, but we think wine should be enjoyable while you and the wine are both still young!
Currently in the tasting room we are excited to feature five East Fork Cellars wines. We have two whites, our Angels Share - a white wine cuvee and our Sauvignon Blanc, both crisp and refreshing for those warm summer days. We also are serving our Pinot Noir, Cellar Rat Red - a Bordeaux style red, and our Syrah, all sure to be a memorable experience as you embark on your tasting journey.
